-How can I get to the hotel? Check out the "Location" section.

-How far is the hotel from the airport? Just a 12-minute drive by car or taxi.

-What time can I enter my room? Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 12 noon.

-Can I enter the hotel at night? You may enter and leave the hotel at any time of day. Our reception service is available 24 hours.

-What do I need to do to guarantee I get a room with POOL VIEWS? You must make a booking of a Pool/Sea View Room.

-Can I book without a credit card? For bookings on our website we only accept credit cards. If you make your booking over the phone or by email, you may make your booking via bank transfer.

-What credit cards are accepted? VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MAESTRO, etc.

-What is a NON-REFUNDABLE RATE? This rate is more economic as it does not allow modifications or cancellations free of charge. These will cost 100% of the amount payable. In other words, under no circumstances will the amount paid be returned and you accept this risk in light of any possible unforeseen circumstances.

-What age does the children's rate apply to? The children's rate applies to kids up to and including 11 years old. From 12 years old, children must pay the adult rate.

-What does a Triple Room consist of? This room has a sofa-bed or a divan for the third person.

-What does a room for four people consist of? In addition to a sofa-bed or divan, an extra bed is provided. The size of a standard room is not advisable for four people. We recommend you book a King Size Room.

-Are rooms dark? Our decorative curtains offer protection against undesired sunlight.

-How does the air conditioning work? You can freely regulate the air conditioning in each room during summer months.

-What is the room equipped with? Select the room you like and consult its features.

-How does the Internet work at the hotel? The Internet is free.

-Do you serve food for people with intolerance or allergies to lactose, gluten or wheat, or for diabetics? Our buffet restaurant offers dishes for people with food intolerance. Aside from this, we also offer special menus for a supplement.

-Are there laundry, ironing and cleaning services? Yes. You can consult our rates in the "Hotel Amenities" section.

-How can I hire a bike? Our staff in reception will help you with bike hire.

-Are hot drinks available in the room? There is a kettle hire service available for rooms. See the "Hotel Amenities" section.

-Does the hotel have a computer where guests can print things? We have a boarding pass printing service (PDF format) available. Price: €0.50/pass.

-Can I book tours and call taxis from the hotel? Yes. Head to reception where our staff will be able to recommend excursions and tours.

-What if I forgot to pack something? In reception you can obtain toothbrushes, combs, nail files, shower caps, shaving sets, plasters, shower gel, toiletries, shoe shining kits, sewing items and umbrellas at great prices!

-Is there a buffet breakfast at the hotel? You can enjoy a wide selection of deli products in our breakfast restaurant.

-Can I eat lunch and dinner at the hotel and surrounding area? There are many types of international restaurants in the vicinity.

-What does Half Board include? It includes breakfast and another meal service. You may choose from lunch or dinner. Drinks are not included.

-What does Full Board include? It includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks are not included.

-Can I take my pet? We are sorry but pets are not permitted at Hotel La Barracuda.

-What voltage do my electrical items need? The power supply is 220 volts.
