Accuracy of Data

Only if they have the consent of the future hotel guests may the user enter their names and surnames in the Room Distribution section. Data Processing during Navigation

In compliance with the obligation provided in Art. 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, you are informed that the company uses cookies. Hotel Responsibility

Access to the page does not imply in any case the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and the company. Prices

The prices indicated are Public Sale Prices including VAT.

The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and board selected, except for hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated.

The price does not include: Any service not specified as well as extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc.

Check-in and check-out time: As a general rule and unless expressly agreed otherwise with the establishment, rooms may be used from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

Passports and Visas

All travelers, without exception (including children), must have their corresponding personal and family documentation in order, whether it be a passport or National ID, according to current legislation. It will be at their own expense when travel requires the obtaining of visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. Minors under 18 must carry written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in case it is requested by any authority. In the event that a visa is rejected by any authority due to personal reasons of the user, or entry into the country is denied for lacking the required conditions, or due to a defect in the required documentation, or for not carrying it, the hotel declines all responsibility for facts of this nature, with the consumer being responsible for any expense that may arise, applying in these circumstances the conditions and rules established for the case of no-show.

Flight-inclusive packaging booking policy

The conditions applicable to combined travel bookings (flight + hotel) managed by MAARLAB through the booking engine enabled on this site are informed below:

Regarding air travel

• Non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellation or modification of the contracted services may generate management and cancellation fees charged to the booking holder, as well as the payment of the amounts informed for such cases, subject to the rate conditions.

Transport booking conditions

• Refunds: Transport is non-refundable.
• Online Check-In: To avoid additional costs and save time at the airport, we recommend that you use the airline's online check-in, generally available on the airline's website 24-48 hours before the scheduled flight departure. Please contact us if you need our assistance.
• Transit Visa: An airport transit visa may be required when you have booked connecting flights. If you do not have the necessary visas, airlines may not allow you to board.
• Connecting flights: When traveling with several airlines, you generally have to collect your luggage and check it in again at each airport. As this means you must leave the airport transit zone, please note that the risk of visa complications is higher.
• Extra luggage prices are non-refundable. NOTE: If the purchase of luggage is not available during the booking process, please contact the airline for extra luggage.
• For flights, we recommend checking in online using the airline's website to avoid extra charges and confirm flight information with the airline.

"Your Financial Protection: When you buy an ATOL-protected flight or a holiday including a flight with us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information about what this means for you, and who to contact if something goes wrong."

"We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier can do so for reasons of insolvency, another ATOL holder could provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any outstanding money due under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable)."

"If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through another ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. Booking conditions with Ryanair airline

In the event that your flight is provided by a low-cost airline, it is important that you consult the special conditions of your flight. In the case of the airline Ryanair, their policy requires, to complete the check-in process, an online verification procedure, to be completed by the traveler, which will entail an additional cost per booking.

The traveler can complete this online verification process through their website or appear at the airport check-in counter on the day of the trip at least 120 minutes before flight departure. To complete the process you will need your valid ID or Passport, as well as a device with a front camera.
