Hotel La Barracuda has worked on a Contingency Plan, where all the risk points and the hygienic, sanitary and social distancing measures are established for employees and guests, in compliance with the regulations set forth in the BOE for this purpose. All La Barracuda personnel will have training regarding these measures and will be provided with the necessary PPE to carry out their tasks.

The hotel facilities and rooms will be cleaned and disinfected as indicated by the health authority, with the authorized products and according to the established frequency.

With respect to the guests:

How will these measures affect their stay in La Barracuda?

- Hands should be washed or disinfected with the hydroalcoholic gels provided in the different areas.
- They must respect safety distances, both in front of the Reception desk and in the Restaurant, etc.
- To guarantee the separation between the restaurant tables and the Pool Bar, the capacity will be limited. Breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts will be established. The guest agrees to enjoy the service within said time slot, avoiding queues in the entrance and in the buffet service.
- The barbecue will be active both for lunch and dinner.
- We continue to offer our menu at the Pool Bar (check on this website) from 12:30 noon to 10:00 pm and it will also be available to take away. In this menu we recommend our pizzas, sandwiches, paella, hamburgers, fish, salads, etc.
- The board basis booked in the reservation cannot be modified upon arrival due to capacity restrictions in the restaurant that is currently in place. However, you will have at your disposal our menu at our pool bar to drink or take away.
- Garden and sun loungers: They will be placed maintaining greater distance. When the guest is done using them, they will be disinfected. It is not allowed to reserve sun loungers. If the hotel requires it, the tennis court will be set up as a sun lounger area, guaranteeing social distancing.
- Swimming pool: All sanitary requirements will be met and maximum use of it will be sought, all in accordance with current regulations.
- Entertainment: We will continue to have a day and night entertainment program, evaluating the activities that the Health Authority allows.
- The room cleaning service will be carried out when the guests are not in the rooms.
- Any guest who shows symptoms of COVID must report it to the Management in order to put the action protocol into practice.
